Only have horizontal dividing line under a second level menu with submenus

Hi,

So I recently added a second level menu item. I discovered that it had a horizontal dividing line underneath it. However there are no third level items beneath it. In the menu in question the other second level menu items do not have a dividing line beneath them. However I checked my Additional CSS and can;t figure out what I did to make sure they had no lines beneath them.

The menu item in question is “2017 Women of Achievement Luncheon” under the Photos and Videos menu. Please advise.
