    We accept many payments where the customer pays after the order is placed, and it remains in the on-hold status, but the customer immediately receives the discount.

    Is it possible to define in which statuses the discount is sent to the customer?

    Thank you for reaching out to us. I’m extremely sorry for missing your ticket.

    I’m afraid the feature you want is not possible for now. Also it seems not feasible, either. Let’s say we make a condition for coupon, to give coupon code based on specific order status, then in case the order is failed, there’s no Thank you page for that, right?

    And in case the order is refunded, should the coupon still be valid and customer can still use it for their next order, or should it be trashed?

    Could you clarify the feature you have in mind? The more details we have, the better we can make it.
