Only Free Shipping Option Visible at Checkout

    I’m using the free version of Fluid Checkout on my WooCommerce site. Despite having multiple shipping options enabled, including paid door-to-door delivery, only the free option (branch pickup) is displayed at checkout.

    This is for Shipping Zones in the Philippines outside of “Metro Manila”, such as if you choose region “Cebu”.

    Hi @allancaeg,

    It is unlikely that Fluid Checkout would cause only the free shipping method to be available for selection at checkout as our plugin does not filter the shipping methods available in any way.

    1. Does this problem only happen when Fluid Checkout Lite is activated?

    It seems that another plugin or the theme on your website might have a feature to remove other shipping methods when there is free shipping method available.

    2. It might be helpful if you could run a plugin conflict test to find out which plugin or theme might be causing this issue.

    Basically, you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and Fluid Checkout, then re-activate each plugin one by one until you find one that causes the issue. Ideally this should be done in a test/staging copy of your website. You can find more specific instructions in the article below from WooCommerce:

    Hi Diego, thanks so much for the response.

    Turns out it’s a legacy edit on functions.php ??

    So sorry about this and hope this clears up to everyone that Fluid Checkout currently doesn’t touch shipping method filtering in any way at the moment!
