• I really am unhappy with my experience. I had a larger site so I could not simply export it the first time. I did eventually get it to work, with multiple configuration changes. Then, when I finally got it to export, it would not import, giving me an error about a corrupt file. So I followed their links and learned I had to manually FTP both ways, then use the backup / restore instead of import. I finally got that working only to learn I had to pay you $69 for the right to finally import, because the site was over 512 MB. So, of course, after all this, I’m going to pay them $69 to just be done with it.

Had I known from the beginning that half the effort would be manual workarounds AND it would cost me $69, I would not have used this product. It would have taken me about as much time and less money to just do the manual process, as defined here:

    I’m Running:
    – WP 4.7.4
    – Godaddy “Ultimate Hosting”
    – Download size was 1 Gig

    Thank you for your review.
You mentioned that you had to do many configuration changes. Where did you learn about making them?
Every release of the plugin is tested on 15 popular hosting providers, GoDaddy included.
I will revisit GoDaddy later today to see what could be causing the issues that you have described but knowing what configuration changes you had to make will ve very helpful.

I’m pretty sure it was that I had to export without media. I found it in these support forums.

I see, I thought you had to change something on your server.
Why did you have to export without media? Were you facing a problem?

Hello MR. @blichtenwalner All-in-One WP Migration is an awesome plugin! Trust me I never found any other plugin does like this plugin. I know 512 MB is not much, but enough for small website transfer. You wrote your website is 1GB, so you can considering for a premium extension or you can let me know if you want me to take care of it for few bucks. I have DropBox extension which allows me to download/upload unlimited size website and using it to freelance project.

    Thanks
