Just in case:
Previously, to solved the issue the plugin was (1)reactivated and (2)reinstalled to the latest version.

Now:
jquery.min.js was overwritten to 1.8.1 (latest, 1.9.1 does the same) version in header –> plugin stops adding product items to the card.

I think you should change it in code of your template.
But, as I think, you can try to to activate standard theme – and check will this problem be present or no. If yes – tell me.

https://code.jquery.com/jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1
or just find line where it is connected and fix it.
