Only first discount works

Hi,
Looks like fine plugin, but I got a little problem.
Only first discount rule works, second doesn’t work.
I work my rules works like this:
1 item – no discount
2 items – 2%
3 items – 3%
etc.
Any idea why 3% doesn’t work for 3 items?
