Recently migrated to a new provider (Hostinger) and now, for some reason, when I create a Broadcast campaign, only the first 30 subscribers were sent an email. Rest seem stuck?

In Icegram Express settings, Maximum emails to send in an hour was set to 300 and Maximum emails to send at once was 30. I changed to 500 and 100 – but after the campaign was sent.

Disable WordPress Cron is set and test email works and a test campaign to a couple of users works – why is it not sending to the rest in that campaign?

    Status is:

Sending December 8, 2023 9:50 am (over 5 hours ago).

Subscribers 31-79 have a status of “In Queue” when you look at report.

Cron job on host is configured like so:

    */5 * * * *wget -O /dev/null https://MYDOMAIN.ca/?es=cron&guid=evnloh-eqotdy-fmswkp-oqwlgp-gbuzak

    Update, read the docs.

    Found this:

Reason:?In the free version, you need to send emails manually by going to?Icegram Express?>?Reports?section or hitting the Cron URL manually.”

    Did that, and they went!

Looks like I spoke too soon – even though it says it sent to subscribers 31-79, not one of them actually received it. ??

    Hello @gjwild,

Thank you for reaching out! We’re delighted to assist you.

I suspect the issue is related to the email sending limit. Would you mind getting in touch with Hostinger to inquire about your email sending limits per hour and per day?

I recommend reaching out to them since I assume you’re utilizing WP Mail for sending emails.

    Waiting for your response.

    Thanks!

They said no, there was no limit on my account that day.

    Hi @gjwild,

    Thank you for the update.

I just noticed that you mentioned above that you have disabled the WordPress CRON from the settings.

This might be one of the reasons. Could you please re-enable it and then check?

    Waiting for your confirmation.
