    Hello,

    I need your kind assisstance.

    When the user finishes the course, the email is not sent.

    1. The enrollment emails are sent properly.
    2. All the checkbox are ticked correctly – still no result.
    3. The SMTP is properly configured – no result. The Log shows only the enrollment activity.
    4. Tried to deactivate almost all plugins – no result.
    5. Tried to untick the ‘Send’ option in the Learpress settings, and then reactivate the option. – no result.

    To best assist you with the issue of course completion emails not being sent, could you please provide some more details about the problem? Specifically:

    • Which user(s) are not receiving the emails? Are the emails not being sent to the student, the admin, or the instructor?

    Once we have this information, we can investigate the issue further and provide a more accurate response.

    Very strange, but nobody receives the “Finished..” notification (nor the Admin, User, Instructor or Co-instructor).

    This malfunction appeared on 06 Feb 2025.

    Thank you for your follow-up and for providing the additional details.

    We’ve investigated the issue you described regarding the “Finished” email notifications not being sent, and we’ve been able to confirm the problem. We’ve implemented a fix for this in a LearnPress beta version

    Please install this beta version and test to see if the issue is resolved. Let us know if you encounter any further problems.

    USER > OK
    INSTRUCTOR > OK
    CO-INSTRUCTOR > OK

    FINISHED EMAIL
    USER > OK
    INSTRUCTOR > OK
    ADMIN > OK
    CO-INSTRUCTOR > LEARNPRESS DIDN’T SEND THE EMAIL (CHECKED THE LOG).
    All the check marks are setted correctly and the settings are configured.

    Thank you for the update and for testing the beta version. We appreciate you letting us know about the remaining issue with the co-instructor not receiving the “Finished” email.

    We’ve investigated this further and have identified the cause of the problem. We’ve implemented another fix in this updated LearnPress beta version
