Only Exported/Imported first page of products

    As the title said, it only import (or exported not sure) the first page of my products, not the second page. Any ideas? Thanks

  • Hi @soulipsyz,

    Plugin is not restricting any products on export. But you have option give limit and offset while exporting.
    Let me know your exact issue if possible with a screenshot, so I can direct you accordingly.

    Thanks for the quick response. I have left the options at default, every column has been checked. Offset is at 0 and limit is “Unlimited”. Only page 2 products aren’t importing (or exporting) which is strange.

    If I give you login credentials can you take a look?

    I just realized they all have the same SKU? This would be why I’m guessing? Not sure how that happened (and only products on the second page)

    You can leave a support request at support.xadapter.com for checking this. If you are working with importing, there is option to skip or update based on SKU.
