Only download button is appearing in post and preview

    Hello,

    About 2 -3 weeks ago, All my interactive content no longer appeared in the live posts or in the back-end preview.

    Only the download button appears.

    However, I am able to edit them, and create new content.

    I am using latest update of Safari browser on OS X/IOS, and the latest update of Broadwalk/Cubic Theme.

    Please advise if you are able to replicate this problem.

    Further information that might help.

    Using the error console, I notice a lot of these errors;
    [Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) appended with a link to files in /uploads/h5p/…….

    However, those files are there?!

    That is strange, no other errors messages? Try checking your web server’s error_log. It could be one of two things: Either JavaScript is crashing and you should see an error in the browser’s console, or the files are not loaded at all. Can you check your HTML using the Inspect feature in your browser? See which other classes the div tag with the h5p-content class has.

    Have you recently updated your themes or the WP version?

    We have recently updated the theme version. Will look into it
