Only displays if I manually refresh page

    Installed and placed shortcode on my site, can enter text, but it only displays the text if I manually refresh the page… I’d be interested in the pro version if this was working for me.

    Found the problem.

    If you harden your wordpress install by moving the wp-config up a directory, then Wise Chat can’t find it and errors out.

    I don’t have this issue with any other of my plugins, so maybe something needs to be adjusted in the script here?

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Please take a look at Advanced settings of Wise Chat. “Ultra Lightweight AJAX” engine requires wp-config.php file in the standard place. Please change the engine to “Lightweight AJAX”. This should help.

    I’m having the same problem, but just with MS Edge. Can’t see new info in chat. Also, CANNOT add content from Edge. Works ok in Chrome and IE11.

    Hello @podworx,

    I would have to test your website on MS Edge in order to find what is wrong. It is even possible that this is not related to the chat. Sometimes the theme may affect the plugin.
