I also get the error “No available payment-method for transaction” when inserting
payment methods for visa and mastercard.

If I ad “Dankort” to the list the payment is accepted, but only payment with Dankort comes up.

I have read the guide https://tech.quickpay.net/appendixes/payment-methods/
It is not clear in this description, if I should ad the hole syntax, or just the brand in the Payment Method settings. But no matter what, the same error comes up.

If I ad the default value “creditcard”in settings only “Dankort” comes up as payment option.

    Regards
    Carsten

    Hi Carsten,

The error you are getting is because “Dankort” is the only available payment method on your merchant account. You might need to add further acquirer details to your manager.

Using ‘creditcard’ as payment method will automatically add all the supported payment methods (based on your account) to the payment window.

If you are having problems with setting up the acquirer data in your manager, please contact [email protected].

Thank you for your prompt answer.

Does this mean that I can use “Dankort” as payment option for free, without setting up an account with a Clearhouse, also when not in testmode?

    “Clearhaus info
Accept VISA and Mastercard payments with a Clearhaus acquirer agreement.”

What about MobilePay, how do I achieve this as payment method? ( MobilePay is activated in settings )

No, you cannot use it for free. You must have an agreement with the respective acquirers to use it in production.
I suggest you direct these questions to the QuickPay support who are very competent in handling these requests ??
