    When my website has a new order, the customer receives a new order email and a new order pending email, though the recipient set up to be notified from our end in Woocommerce email settings does not receive any emails about new orders.

    We are using WP SMTP and Sendinblue as our mailer. Mail log shows the customer receives the necessary emails though we receive none.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Could you confirm if the New Order email notification is enabled under WooCommerce → Settings → Emails → New order and has the recipient’s email address?

    If it is enabled, in this case, we would need to know more about your setup to further check into this. Kindly provide us the following:

    • Your System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, you can paste here your response.
    • Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
