Only custom parts is under construction

  • Hi,

    1. Is it possible to create, for example, CONTACTS or ABOUT pages displayed as under construction when I click on them?
    2. But what I really need is – I’m creating multilingual site and when someone clicks on English flag’s icon – ONLY THEN under construction page appears (ENG flag as a link to underconstruction page)?? And If I want it to appear in a new window?
