Only custom icons showing, not default FB Twitter etc.

  • I have ticked FB, Twitter and Youtube, in section 1, filled in my credentials in section 2 (eg FB page, Twitter). I also have two custom icons. When I display via shortocde or widget however only the custom icons are showing. Have I missed something very obvious do you think? Thanks

    Also, is the “Place via shortcode” placement option selected under question number 3?

    Can you please send us a screenshot of your settings page will all questions expanded?

    You can use a screenshot tool like FireShot (Google Chrome extension) so that it makes one picture of the entire page.

    The selections in the plugin seem to be correct.

    At the moment, we are not sure why the round icons are not being displayed for you. We can do advanced investigations as part of the premium plugin.
