Only core WC free shipping fires

    Hello there,

    I noticed only the core WC free shipping option fires but not the plugin one. Could you help me to fix it?

    Hi,

    Are you using the ‘hide other rates when free is available’ setting? Are the conditions matching? Only then will the rate appear.
