Only complete order can be refunded

    We have the problem that on return page the fields for the quantity are disabled, so only the complete order can be refunded and not individual products. We checked all the settings but cannot find a solution.

    Thanks for using our plugin Return Refund and exchange for Woocommerce!

    We have the problem that on the return page the fields for the quantity are disabled, so only the complete order can be refunded and not individual products. We checked all the settings but cannot find a solution.

    ->>Sorry for the inconvenience you’re facing but Our plugin will only allow orders to be refunded whether it contains a single item or multiple items.

    ->>If you want to do a partial refund or refund based on quantity then you have to visit our premium one to enjoy this and many more functionalities.
