Only choose Mondays on date picker

Hi everyone,

I’d like the user to only be able to select Mondays in the date picker. Bonus points if it automatically selects the 4 days after (so in total a block from Mon – Fri).

How do I achieve this please? Client’s previous website used to have Contact Form 7 Datepicker but I see that’s no longer being supported.
