Only change the titel of Category’s look..

Is it possible to change only the look of the “title” of the category’s..
so just the titles “link” “archives” for example in bold and red, and that the items under this titel have a normal look for example normal and black..
The problem is if i change the look in de css file, it changes all the menu items..
Sorry for the typo’s, but i’m dutch speaking..
