Only Certain Emails Can Be Resent

  • I noticed that if I try and resend certain emails in the log, they resend perfectly.

    However, others either will not resend or, if they do resend, they only appear as the HTML code.

    Specifically, any email generated by WooCommerce, such as orders, will resend flawlessly. But, emails created through our web form (Gravity Forms) will not resend properly or if they do, they appear as HTML code only.

    Any ideas why and/or how to fix this?

  • I, too, just ran into the HTML code problem. In my case, the emails were from MemberPress. But I had no technical problem resending them.
