I installed this plugin because it seems every other woo recover cart plugin doesnt capture the info correctly.

I have all of my theme and plugins up to date, no issues with site at all.
All orders are processed thru woo checkout using PP express checkout api.

it seems that your pluigin is capturing all of the fields like email and name and is capturing them like 3 to 4 times, and they are all completed purchases none of them are abandoned carts.

I have 10 orders, 9 completed and 1 cancelled. your plugin caught info on the 9 completed orders and duplicated the transactions like 3 times each, and the ONE abandoned cart is doesnt show anything for… so your plugin is actually working backwards…. any ideas for fix my friend?

maybe confusing how i wrote it up.

last night i have 10 orders. 9 people completed checkout. 1 did not.

so in your plugin under carts it shows all 9 completed orders and info
and it has like 3 duplicate lines on each order so i have 27 or ore lines…

and the 1 only order that was abandoned, (only know this because PP API picked it up, that one i need doesnt show up in abandoned cart.

your info on the plugin says that it picks up all orders and once customer completes an order it deletes those fields and only leaves the non processed orders which it is not doing. it is only keeping completed orders and not picking up non processed orsers..

    Hey tonyt78,

    Thanks for your feedback.
I have previously seen such behaviour only if the table of abandoned carts get messed up. Then sometimes it may register each abandoned cart multiple times. And it only removes the last entry of the abandoned cart. e.g. if 4 entries were registered then at a successful purchase just the last one is removed and the previous 3 remain.

The solution that usually works in this case is to deactivate the plugin, then delete it and install it once again. And if you will be testing it out on your own browser – clean browser cache as well.

As for the fact that one abandoned cart was not registered – that could only mean that the customer did? t fill in the e-mail field of the Checkout form since abandoned carts are only registered if e-mail field is filled. There is no point in creating entries in the database if you will not be able to get back to them.

Let me know if the solution helps with your case.

Just wanted to add that I have fixed the issue and pushed a new version.
You no longer will see duplicate abandoned carts in the Table.

    Please download the latest version.

    Cheers ??
