Only Basic Page Cache Working

I just noticed that can only enable basic caching not advanced disk caching for page cache.
I’m running WP 4.0.1 and same issue with 4.0.0 . Also running MaxCDN which works and is enabled.
All other options in W3 work, minify, etc. Any clues
