Only backing up Index.php and .SQL file

    The backup happens and the files are saved in the correct file above the root directory but the only files in the .zip archive are the index.php file and the SQL dump file.

    The wp-content or wp-includes directories are not backed up in the zip archive with the others.

    It looks like there’s something wrong with ZipArchive on your system, try selecting one of the other archive methods and see if that works.
