Only backing up database even though I have plugins themes uploads selected

    Hi,I have the boxes checked for plugins, themes, uploads, etc (all the selections). My backups have been successful but when I wanted to restore my site from last week, we found it was only the database that had been backed up. How do I get a full site excluding wordpress core backup?

    Hi,

    According to the log, the current settings are to take a weekly backup of the database, but not to have any scheduled backup of the files. Can you double-check what the settings are that show in the ‘Settings’ tab (at the top)? Use https://snag.gy to attach a screenshot, if it helps.
