However, I want the opposite. I want it disabled for all products and then I want to enable for a very few products.

We have 1000+ products, so it’s not ideal to go into all products and disable like that.

Alright. Well I guess you could edit the plugin file and change the !=’yes” to ==’yes’ https://www.screencast.com/t/TRHZMiQvmCk
That would reverse the option and mean that when the checkbox is checked, the form would be displayed, if left uncheck (default), the form is not displayed. Worth a try ??
