Only Admins and Editors are allowed to access these files…

  • Please help me with this, plugin is showing data when I’m logged in, when I logged out from my account the specific area shows the message “Only Admins and Editors are allowed to access these files…” How can I solve this issue?

    Hi,
    I don’t’ understand your problem. There is no access restriction in this plugin.
    Issue might come from another source.
    Can you be more specific about this message?

    As I said before, this plugin do not have any rules regarding permission/rights. So your problem is coming from another side.
    I suppose you add a security rules with another plugin/theme wich restrict access to admin to all none logged in user, and so block any ajax request.
    Please, try to switch theme and/or disable plugin one after one to find the origin of your problem.
