    Have you enabled Members Directory?

Read this guide about Displaying Member Directories:

The Member Directories configuration does not have any problem. As mentioned the problem is that non-administrator users can’t view the member directory page it shows the following message.

We are sorry. We cannot find any users who match your search criteria.

If I change a user role from subscriptions/authors to administrators then the user can view the members list.

Look at the UM User Roles for the subscriptions/authors roles and Profile Access settings:
Can view other member profiles? Can view these user roles only

Can view other member profiles? Checked!
Can view these user roles only? Nothing is selected

    Non-admin users get this error
We are sorry. We cannot find any users who match your search criteria.

but Admins can view all users.

Look at your browser web console if you have any JavaScript errors.

Enable PHP error logging, read this guide: How to enable debug logging

    https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1751-enable-debug-logging

You will probably get a PHP log file with notices and errors: /wp-content/debug.log

Post the content of this file here in the Forum and we can give you the PHP error explanation.

If these steps not will solve your issue make a theme/plugin conflict test:

I did not encounter any Php errors, so I don’t think it’s related to Php nor java script loading.

The following message for non administrators is defined in ultra member Member Directories settings.

    https://postimg.cc/8FjJbTY7

I need to reemphasize that a user in Subscriber role can’t view the member directory page but If I change this user role to administrators, all of users are displayed.

Since as an admin, member directory works fine, and it seems that the problem is with roles and meta data.

I installed a clean instance of wordpress + ultimate member, still non-admin roles can’t view users in member directory page

Are you working on any update to fix this issue?
