Only Admin Role can start new thread

First thank you for your quick and good support!

For some reason, only a user with admin role can start a new thread. I already updated to the recent version and check the restrictions settings. I am using a new thread link in php but also tried your shortcode. It does only show the message page but not the new thread screen.

check if you didn’t disabled new thread start in customize tab
