Only about tab in the backwpup menu

  • Hi,

    Under the setting only the about appears. I thinks that the problem appears because I deleted the user that made the installation and even if I’m connected with another “administrator” I have not access. Anyway I’m receiving an email every day that the backup is running.
    How can I solve that?. May I uninstall and install again?.

  • I had the exact same problem today too- I just uninstalled and re-installed the plug in and the regular menu shows up now.
