    Hi, I am a user of wp all import / export pro. I use it very successfully on some websites.

    The problem comes in an installation that I have in a NAS Synology. When I try to import a csv or xls file of wommerce products, in step 2 it tells me 9 rows will be imported. The files contain hundreds of products. Files are not the problem because in other websites they are imported perfectly.

    I am using MariaDB 10, php 5.6. What autamatically installs synology in the installation of wordpress.

    I do not know where the problem may be, I would appreciate any help.

    Hi @jmc74

    It sounds like your server may be running libxml version 2.9.3, which had a bug that caused this sort of issue. Please update libxml to the latest version and try this again.

    If that doesn’t work, try enabling the “Enable Stream Reader” option via All Import > Settings before uploading your file to the import.

    In synology NAS i dont know how update libxml
