In my woocommerce store there are 145 products published. As in literally status Published. I tried creating archive and shop pages from scratch as vanilla as possible with plugins disabled and different themes.

I did everything according to the playbook to exclude the usual suspects in terms of culprits

    Clearning servercache a lot
    Clearning browsercache to oblivion
Disabled all the plugins except woocommerce

Trying different themes, including popular basic decent ones like Hello Elementor and twent twenty two. Didn’t stop with the decent ones though, I also tried an amazing one like Storefront …

I also compared the configuration between a Published product that is shown and a product that is not shown. They both have pretty much the same configuration, both have a supply for instance.

Fwiw, installed a local copy of the site to see the isssue persist. And it’s there where I did all the dismantling. Also for context the project is a revamping of an existing site done clients ex-dev and this issue came with it. If anything its proof that in the production context, the development copy and the local copy the issue looks the same. So that probably rules out the server as well.

Really out of ideas here so looking forward to feedback.

Ok, I was almost ready to publish everything you asked for. Only to realise that I have verified configuration and still overlooked product visibility.

I remember reading about it and going to the site to look at differences in product visibility. But somehow my mind must have wondered.
Thanks again for following up and keeping the thread alive.

    Hello Gizant

    Thank you for your reply.

Do you mean that you were able to solve the issue by updating the Visibility option of the products?

    Please let me know. ??
