Only 5 reviews retrieved

    Hi, I’ve checked the “auto-fetch reviews” box but after a few days it’s still only storing 5 reviews. I’ve also tried to click “retrieve reviews” but it just sits on the modal box saying 0.

    Is there anything I can try to get this working?

    It can only retrieve the newest 5 reviews. It’s a limitation with Google’s API. When you get a new review it should grab it.

    understood… I think the following sentence confused me a little:

    “Google only allows a max 5 reviews to be downloaded. Use the “Auto Fetch Reviews” above to slowly build up your database.”

    I took “slowly build up your database” to mean it would keep adding 5 each day.
