Only 30% of Pages Display as Option

  • My WP site has about 150 pages, and only those titled A-H show as options to select for “Use only for these posts/pages” and “Thank you page after signing-up”. Unfortunately my most valuable pages are not displayed. How do I get it so that I have the option to display the email captures on all of my pages?
