With “3 lines” are you referring to the three field types available in the form builder? The form builder has three type of fields available (text fields, email fields and textarea fields) but those fields can be used multiple times into the form to build large forms, there is no limit for the number of lines that can contain a form in the plugin.

We will appreciate more descriptive reviews that help to improve the plugin.
