only 3 custom variables available

Hi,

The LITE version has only 3 custom variables listed. As for them not being replaced, can you please let me know if the issue still exists?

Please note that they are replaced only in the reminder emails and not the test emails as we do not have any data to replace them with in the test emails.

If the custom variables don’t update does that mean the images don’t display properly in test emails, also? I have a logo inserted correctly and it displays in the preview email, but looks like a broken link in the test email

Thank you for using the LITE version of the plugin. The issue where images are broken is a known issue and we have a fix ready for the same.

We can send you an updated plugin zip file which contains the fix. Can you please let me know to which email address should we send the updated zip?

Also, where are the shortcodes for the dynamic content? I’m using {{customer.firstname}}{{customer.lastname}} for customer name and {{products.cart}} for the cart. I nabbed these from your demo.

I intend to upgrade to the Pro version shortly, but wanted to incorporate the idea into our system first.
