Only 2 adds showing on homepage

I had 3 ads on my homepage. Today there are only 2 showing up. When I went into the plugin to see what’s wrong, there were only two placed on the homepage. When I tried to add a third ad, it tells me I already have three ads. My site is https://www.diyfunideas.com. Ads on my other pages are showing up correctly. Only homepage having problems
