Only 17 shortcodes available to me?

    I’m currently tidying up someones site and I noticed the shortcodes in the Shortcodes Ultimate list was a bit bare. Initially I assumed it was an old version but I updated it (Version 4.9.9 ) and it remains the same. There’s only 17 whilst normally there’s over 50 available.

    I tried deactivating all other plugins, no change. I tried switching to a default theme, but still no change.

    Any ideas?

  • I had similar happen before, and I ended up manually overwriting the plugin folder using FTP and the extracted zip download.

    NOTE: If you’re using custom files (I have a few custom templates), then be sure to have those on-hand so you can transfer them back into the folders! Also be aware of the custom CSS box in the plugin settings. I like to save the contents locally for safe-keeping until after the plugin is tested.

    Hey Kinna thanks for your reply!

    When I updated it I chose to update manually via FTP like you say as I thought it may have been an automatic update issue. No custom CSS yet but thanks for the tip!
