Only 12 fields

    I can only see and export 12 fields but your demo shows about 30+ fields. Currently, it’s not showing all fields to make a full export.

    What have I done wrong?

    This is all the plugin lets me export:

    ID
    user_login
    user_pass
    user_nicename
    user_email
    user_url
    user_registered
    display_name
    first_name
    last_name
    user_status
    roles

    Our basic version supports those fields only. Please purchase the premium version which enables to do a full export along with many other features.

    Okay but before i buy, can i simply export all users + roles and simply import into the new website exactly as they are?

    Does your plugin send unwanted emails?

    I read somewhere that users must update password? How are they notified of this?

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their potential customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
