Only 1,000 subscriptions are showing

  • If you go to StCR>manage subscriptions in the plugin dashboard in WordPress, exactly 1,000 subscriptions are shown. I am sure we have way more than that…is this limited? I don’t want our readers to have problems. Thanks.

    Hi,

    It’s not a limit for the amount of subscribers you can have, no limit to that.

    It’s a limit of how many are shown in that table, for performance reasons. Hasn’t really been an issue so far that the table is limited to 1000, but in case you do need to view all of them let us know and we’ll figure out a solution.

    OK thank you for the reply. I do not need to view all of them, I just wanted to make sure there was not a limit.

    You’re welcome.

    No limit to the amount of subscribers.

    You can see the total amount of subscribers and subscriptions in WP Admin > StCR > StCR System. You’ll see the info at the top under “Plugin Info” ( blue background heading ).

    How can I see ALL subscribers and their status (whether they subscribed to replies or all)? I need to cull my list and remove people who have subscribed to All, but can’t see how since I can only see 1000 subscribers and have many more than that.

    Added to the to do list to code a new system for the subscribers list that allows for more than 1000.
