Only 10 results

  • Hello, thanks for your great plugin ??

    i have a problem with search result, i get only 10 orders searching by product sku, how i can get all the orders containing that product?

    Hello,

    I understand you’d like to see more results for a given search.

    Are you speaking of more results in the autocomplete dropdown? Or do you have the problem even when pressing enter.

    As a reminder, if you press ENTER, the page will refresh and it will execute the same search as the one in the autocomplete. You should then be able to navigate through all the results matching the search.

    I’ve noticed this problem too. Not all Orders are appearing as results either in the autocomplete dropdown or the full page results after I hit ENTER. I’m not sure if it was always there or is new. I’m looking into it.

    Otherwise, let me say this is an exceptional plugin and has made my life much easier.

    Follow-up: for some but not all SKUs, searching only returns 10 of the orders they appear in. Checking the indicies on Algolia returns all of the orders.

    Thanks for sharing your issue.

    I think you are not the first one reporting such behavior.
    To be able to correct the behavior I need to be able to re-produce it, and so far I’ve been unable to.

    If you manage to drill down the issue to something I can re-produce on my side, I’ll make sure to investigate the problem.
