I am guessing this bug that makes your plugin useless cannot be fixed as there has been no answer from the developer ?.

My last support question was not answered either from over a month ago.

I won’t be buying the full version that posts to google too when your support is this bad.

I have just found this thread that verified that this and all other wordpress to facebook page plugins are useless.

    https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:w2j7hxGU1f0J:www.bloggerssupportingbloggers.com/how-to-get-facebook-to-actually-show-your-posts-to-people/+&cd=4&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=uk

    Stop Auto-posting
Sharing all of this content can be time-consuming, but this is NOT the time to cut corners. Whatever you do, do NOT auto-post from your blog to Facebook. If you are doing this right now, stop reading this article and go turn that feature off now.

Not only do auto-posted links never seem to populate correctly, but Facebook will not show them to as many people as if you had uploaded them yourself manually. No auto-posting. Schedule your links through the Facebook scheduler ONLY.

This is a real shame and I hope facebook change the way it works but for now these plugins are useless because of facebook and the devs here cannot do anything about this thats why they have not answered me.

Is this true? Does auto-posting affect the way the post is viewed on Facebook in terms of reach?

“Facebook will not show them to as many people as if you had uploaded them yourself manually”

This is a huge thing for some of my customers in that case.

My bad my app was not set to live public thats why only 1 person was reached shame the support is so bad had to work this out myself.

So that’s why only 1 reached for me but the stuff I unearthed about autoposting is also correct I think just not to the degree I thought I was being effected.

You have to change the app privacy on your Facebook account.

Click in the menu of face (where you logout) > Settings > Apps > Than in you app click “Edit setting” and in app visibility choose “Public” and save it.

    Cheers.
