Only 1 Attribute Showing On Front-end

Hello,

There are three drop-downs that should have 2 or more options listed for my variable products. I had trouble getting them to display the way I wanted them, and had to delete all my variations 5 or 6 times.

When I finally had it looking and worded the way I wanted it, I noticed that the attributes only had 1 option showing on the front-end. However, I can see all variation combinations in the back-end just fine, and when I choose a different “default value” for them the front-end only shows that choice but no other.

I tried adding some new attributes with no luck or change in behavior, and I have disabled all plugins except Woo. No change. This is a new site (2 weeks old) and it was working until I deleted all my variations 6 times.

I have also cleared transient cache and every other button that would clear something in tools, but to no affect. I do not know where to look next. Here’s my system report:
