Online User doesn’t work

  • I have installed Online Users and it worked just fine, until today. Now, it will show users that have set their online status to invisible, and even after logging out, they are still shown.

    I thought it might be an issue with the plugin Inactive Logout which I installed this morning, but the problem persists when I inactivate that plugin, so I guess that’s not it…

    Hi @karen-drost,

    Can you please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Please also exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache.

    Hi support,

    Thanks for your message. I did as you asked, but the problem persists. And also for hide profile from member list. One other strange thing: in My Account, Privacy, the settings are always set to No and both questions. It ought to reflect the choice you have made, but it doesn’t.

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    Please make sure to update to the latest 2.0.53 version of the Ultimate member core.

    I have (and had) the latest version installed. The website is 100% up to date.
