Hi! I have a request about the online features of this plug in.

I am currently creating a website for second hand auto parts, using the latest version of www.remarpro.com. However, I do not have an online shop. I would like to send individually to each user two or three products, which they have requested, but after I have picked for them according to their individual requirements.

My question is – is it possible to send them a form of sorts, which has an option for payment or check-out, which is only visible to him, and not any other user? Something like an individual payment portal, which I, as an admin, can fill with two or three products, and then turn on the payment option, just for the one user.

    Thank you so much!

    Hi @b5zerk,

To understand your workflow a little better (I may be able to better advise). When you have a customer come into your site and create a ticket with you to discuss their needs, you will take note of what they need to order? Then from that, you will send them a customized list of the products that they need to buy? Do I understand this correctly as sort of a curated shopping list (changeable)? Or is it better described as invoicing them with a single invoice (unchangeable). The user will then be able to purchase the products. Would these products be all of customized prices and discounts each time, or would they be all the same?

    Hi, @melliesou,

Yes, you understood the concept. The user fills a form with the information we need, and we send them back a so-called changeable shopping list – products, which are always different. As the user’s needs are very specific and individual. The products will always be with different prices.

    Thank you!

    Hi @b5zerk,

Based on what you described, there could be a couple of different ways to accomplish this. Are you more interested in making a custom solution that is really unique and tailored to your site, or more looking for putting different blocks/pieces of software together to get something similar to what you described, but may not work exactly in that way?

Depending on your choice: 1) It’s possible to use some features of either the WooCommerce add-on or the Easy Digital Downloads add-on in order to curate some custom prices.
Or 2) You could setup a customized workflow which enables exactly what you are looking for, while it will take some more upfront cost (development time), you would be able to get exactly the workflow you need and would save time on an ongoing basis with the more optimized workflow.

We can help you set up either option, if you send us a message here: https://getawesomesupport.com/contact/ we can help you with quoting the project out in order for you to plan out a budget.

Let me know if you have any other questions. I’ll mark this thread as resolved, but please feel free to add more notes/questions here if needed.
