Online services (instantly and on schedule)

Hello, I was wondering if this plugin could work with online services where each service provider creates his/her own schedule from his/her account, set his/her rate/min or a flat rate for a given duration? Users/customers during booking/scheduling can select a service provider with a rate/min or a service provide with a flat rate for given set duration, such as 10 minutes. Also there are instant services that service providers offer and users can just click on the available calendar to pay immediately (without scheduling)and receive/access the service. Please let me know if this plugin could help me achieve these.
