    Hello,

I love this plugin – it’s been a game-changer for our AIS. However, I’m currently having issues with publishing an online only meeting. You’ll notice at the link above that the meeting displays as both online and in-person. Every time I click the setting that says you cannot attend in-person, the meeting changes to draft status. I also cannot change the region nor setting to make the meeting part of a group.

I’ve tried resetting our permalinks (worked for me in the past). I’ve also deleted the meeting and recreated it, but still no luck. The only way I can get it to publish, albeit incorrectly, is from the bulk edits screen.

Any assistance or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,
    Brian

  • Check to ensure you have the online url inserted above the address, then click publish again.

Thank you for that suggestion, but I do have the Zoom URL inserted and still no luck. ??

I do notice when I go to the site, the specific meeting location doesn’t show anything in the map – I’ve had that happen a couple of times, and had to re-enter the city.

I also notice when I go to the meetings list, this meeting isn’t specifically displaying (the virtual). You’ve got a link for Monday Pick-Me-Up AFG (https://al-anondaytonoh.org/meetings/monday-pick-me-up-afg/), but not the virtual link you have above.

When you edit the meeting, is the map showing on the edit screen, or is it blank? I’m not sure what causes it, but I’ve got 2 that do it if I do a mass upload. My solution is try erasing the address, then putting in Miami, OH as the location, then try republishing.

I know that feels like the same as rebuilding the input, but if it’s just the address, that seems to make the difference for mine.

Thank you so much Trey (and mimdoc) for the responses. That worked! I didn’t realize that I had to have an address in the meeting setup even if it’s online-only. When I added the address of the closest linked in-person meeting, I was able to make updates and post the meeting correctly. (Normally, this wouldn’t have been an issue, but the in-person and virtual meetings gather at different times.)

    Cheers!

    Fantastic!

A few updates ago, they made it where you can have a city and not need a specific address. We changed all of our online only to just the city to avoid further confusion. I think before the address was coming form the location of one of the internet providers in town. (which we don’t use. Go figure that one out…)

Anyhow, glad you got it working!
