What is the best way to offer tickets to an online zoom event not using the eventprime zoom plugin? Each ticket would need to have a link to the zoom meeting (as a 3rd party URL) but the link would only be visible on the ticket, not on the event detail page itself, so only ticket holders see the link.

    Hello @rosbiffer,

    Thank you for using EventPrime!

We would like to inform you that this is currently unavailable, however, we are pleased to share that a Zoom meeting link will be incorporated into the generated ticket PDF for a successful booking with our upcoming releases, please note that it is important to have the “EventPrime Zoom Integration” and “EventPrime Event Tickets” extensions installed and activated for this feature.

    I hope this helps.

Can I do this using the Email Attendees function? If so, is there any way of pulling any fields into the body of the email, like first name for example to add to the body of the email?

    Hello @rosbiffer,

Yes, you have the option to manually copy and paste a Zoom meeting link into the body of the email, which will then be distributed to all attendees of the selected event.

However, it’s not possible to extract particular attendee checkout fields for this email distribution. Since the email is sent to all event attendees, importing values like first names becomes impractical due to the individual variations in user data.

I hope this makes the matter clearer.
