Online documentation is poor and doesnt match what I see on site

Though I do appreciate that this version of the plugin I tried was free to use, it’s post-form submission set is just not set up for American use and makes no sense at all. It is broken and does not work. I don’t have time to wait hours or days to get a support response when I am working to get a website up for a client. I just want a form builder that is simple and works.

Trying to match the field explanations and instructions with the on-screen fields make no sense and all I get are error message no matter what data I enter. I do have 40 years experience and I just don’t have time to try to figure out what someone else has screwed up. It’s two hours of my life wasted I’ll never get back.
