Online backup successful but not in my list online

  • I just went to check my online backups. They have been failing for 6 weeks! The error says that the username and password are not found. But I just doublechecked my online account and re-entered my username and password. I ran a manual online backup and it says it was successful and stored as today’s date. But in the Backups section of my account online it only shows the backup from 6 weeks ago. I can find no where in the plugin where I can check the username and passwords or any other settings. Help!

    Hi terricomp,

    Local backups is different to Online backups. The manual backup you ran probably went to local backups.

    Try running a manual backup to Online vault – this will go online.

    If you go to Online Backup Settings you can Logout and Login again with username and passwords – maybe you changed your password and didn’t update the plugin so it can’t login anymore.
