Online backup plugin failed to backup filesystem

  • I am trying to make a backup of my site using “Online Backup plugin”.
    It successfully completed Database backup but when coming to filesystem
    it says “Error : Skipping filesystem backup due to an error: Could not access D:/Hosting/11584831/html. No such file or directory”

    What’s the problem . I am using windows hosting.
